With a strong vote of confidence from supporters for our proposed investment in Scotland, and the formal announcement of our intent to explore a partnership in the Spanish market, we are taking measured steps forward. While CS Cascais currently remains our sole active club, the groundwork laid this month brings us closer to realising our long-term vision of a European multi-club ecosystem.

Strategic Expansion: The Road to May 1st

March has been a month of decisive action across our investment pipeline. We are currently in the most consequential phase of our development, with the ambition to finalise our first formal acquisitions by May 1st.

Scotland: 96% Approval for Greenock Morton FC

On March 2nd, the members of Morton Club Together (MCT) delivered an emphatic mandate. In an overwhelming vote, 96% of members approved the proposal for Estrella to acquire a significant minority stake in Greenock Morton Football Club. This overwhelming support allows us to enter a 60-day exclusivity period to conduct due diligence.

Spain: Formal Intention to Invest in Club Atlético Central

Following the formal announcement on March 26th, Estrella Football Group has initiated the process to invest in Club Atlético Central. Based in the heart of Seville and currently competing in the Tercera Federación, Central represents a strategic opportunity to enter the Spanish market. Central is a "hidden gem" with a modern soul and a clear path for growth.

• The Vision: Strengthening youth pathways and infrastructure while honouring the club’s unique "neighbourhood" identity.

• The Sentiment: As President Jaime Soto Parejo noted: "Soñar es gratis… so let’s keep dreaming together."

CS Cascais: Chasing a Historic Season

• Força Portugal Deal: We have secured a landmark partnership with leading retailer Força Portugal. From next season, CSC shirts will be stocked in-store and online alongside the likes of Sporting and Benfica.

• Nova SBE Collaboration: We have started a partnership with Nova Sports Management (Nova SBE) to support the club's commercial growth through strategic initiatives.

Dominance on the Pitch

The sporting progress at Clube Sportivo de Cascais continued throughout March, with both the First Team and the U19s strengthening their respective bids for promotion.

• First Team: 5 games, 5 victories, 19 goals scored, and only 3 conceded. We sit 9 points clear at the top of the table.

• U19s: Remained unbeaten throughout March, maintaining their lead at the top of their division.
