Estrella Football Group is proud to announce that we have acquired a majority stake in Aurora Pro Patria 1919, the historic Italian club. It marks Estrella's first move into Italian football, a milestone as the group expands its multi-club network across Europe.

For Estrella, Pro Patria reflects exactly the kind of partnership we set out to build: a club with strong local roots, a well-structured youth pathway, and long-term potential. Based in Busto Arsizio, in the heart of Lombardy and within easy reach of Milan, Pro Patria sits in one of Italian football's most competitive and densely populated footballing regions, giving the club a strong platform to develop talent and grow its fanbase. We're eager to begin preparations for the upcoming season at the earliest opportunity, working closely with the club's leadership and stakeholders to lay a strong and stable foundation for the future.

Central to the partnership is the value Estrella brings beyond capital: a network of clubs, football executives, and industry partners built across our multi-club platform, and hands-on experience turning clubs around, on the pitch and off it. As part of this, the club will be integrated into ClubOS, Estrella's operating platform, unifying fan and performance data into a single system, giving supporters a smoother experience and technical staff better recruitment and scouting tools. But the technology supports the plan; it isn't the plan itself. What matters most is the people and the network we bring to help Pro Patria compete and grow sustainably.
